UniFi Troubleshooting & Ubiquiti Support in Orange County

If your existing UniFi network is unstable, slow, or partially offline, we can help — even if someone else installed it. We diagnose the root cause, fix the configuration, and explain what happened in plain language.

What's included

Every engagement is scoped to your site, but this is the work typically involved.

  • Slow or inconsistent Wi-Fi and roaming problems
  • Devices dropping off the network or failing to get an IP address
  • Disconnected or offline UniFi Protect cameras
  • Controller adoption issues, lost admin access, and console problems
  • Firmware update failures and version mismatches
  • Network loops, broadcast storms, and switch port issues
  • ISP and WAN connectivity diagnosis

How we approach it

Remote diagnosis first

When we can be granted secure remote access, we review controller logs, client statistics, and device health before scheduling a visit. Many issues can be resolved without anyone coming on site.

Fix the cause, not the symptom

Rebooting a device can hide a problem for a week. We look for the underlying cause — misconfigured VLANs, channel overlap, PoE limits, DHCP conflicts, or failing hardware — and correct it.

Leave it better documented

After the fix, we record what changed and back up the configuration, so the next issue is faster to resolve.

Equipment and scope

Supported UniFi products

UniFi gateways, consoles, switches, access points, UniFi Protect cameras and NVRs, and UniFi Access hubs and readers.

Third-party equipment

If the root cause is a third-party device or the ISP, we identify it and coordinate with the vendor. We don't repair non-UniFi hardware.

UniFi Troubleshooting & Support FAQ

Can someone troubleshoot my existing UniFi network?

Yes. We support UniFi networks we didn't install. We start with a review of your controller and devices, identify the root cause of the issue, and fix the configuration or recommend hardware changes if needed.

Do you offer remote UniFi support?

Yes. With secure remote access to your UniFi console, many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. On-site visits across Orange County are scheduled when hardware or cabling needs attention.

Why are my UniFi cameras going offline?

Common causes include insufficient PoE power, cabling faults, IP conflicts, firmware mismatches, and NVR storage problems. We check each layer to find the actual cause rather than repeatedly re-adopting cameras.
